Sunset Valley and Great Sunset Valley Additions.

This is a set of five lots, meant to replace four lots in Sunset Valley or Great Sunset Valley (one has two versions). These replacements condense some lots to make room for others. There's a version of Mirabello Plaza that includes a spa, and a small sports bar to go where the spa was. There's also a smaller city hall lot meant to go where the diner is, and two versions of a Varg's Tavern plus lot to go where city hall did, both of which include a diner. Finally, there's a beach lot meant for Great Sunset Valley's, which includes the Pirate Diner. City hall is moved to the diner's lot by using Riverview's city hall. It looks very similar, but is a lot smaller. That frees up the City hall lot for Varg's Tavern, and because the City Hall lot is larger than Varg's Tavern, I added more to the left of it. In one version, there's just a diner rabbithole with some seating and more parking. In the main, more extensive version, there's a four story building with a Laundromat, diner rabbit hole (Courtesy of the Rabbit Hole Doors and Rugs mod), and both consignment stores. There's also a subway station by the street corner.
There are a few issues with the latter version. For one thing, Sims do not treat the laundromat as a laundromat. If people are bothered by this, I can rip out the laundromat and put something else in it's place. The other issue is that the complex next door is limited to the hours of Varg's Tavern. I don't really have a problem with this, but if people want I can see about making a 20x40 or 23x48 lot, which could be utilized by deleting the City Hall lot in it's entirety, and putting down two lots.

The other set is less complicated. I added the spa to Mirabello Plaza, and in the spa lot I built a country-themed Sports bar called 'Raise the Barn'. This bar is the only thing with Store content, it has a chicken coop outside.

Finally, there's a beach lot, built to match the size of Great Sunset Valley's beach lot. It contains the Diner from Barnacle Bay. To use in vanilla Sunset Valley, you'd have to add a 60 by 64 lot in place of old pier beach.

Additions Philosophy:
I've been playing around with this concept for a while, but this is my first upload. If there's interest, this can be the first in a series of similar mods.
This series would be sets of lots, customized for each town, to add in the expansion content to other towns in a more immersive way while costing us a minimum of empty lots.
I neither can nor want to make every town have every available type of lot. Bridgeport should be the best place for nightlife, Starlight Shores should be the best place for performers to make it big. However, I want every town to have access to the consignment stores, equestrian centers, and at least one of each type of Bridgeport hangout (meaning club, bar, and lounge). However, If I'm going to be working on making the Sims towns more versatile, and free up those precious mansion lots, I will be happy to share my work with all of you!
