Welcome to the Goth Family Manor

The Goth family deserved a home that feels just as mysterious, dramatic and unforgettable as they are.

This build is a complete revamp of the Goth family residence in The Sims 4. I transformed the house into a richly detailed Victorian manor while preserving the dark atmosphere and recognisable personality associated with Bella, Mortimer, Cassandra and Alexander Goth.

The manor combines gothic architecture, family history, dark luxury and a slightly haunted atmosphere. Despite its mysterious appearance, it remains a functional and comfortable home designed for regular family gameplay.

This build was created without custom content. You only need the listed expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs and kits.


Installation Instructions
  1. Download the zip or RAR file.
  2. Extract the downloaded archive.
  3. Move all included .trayitem, .blueprint and .bpi files into your Tray folder.
  4. The Tray folder can normally be found at Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray.
  5. Start The Sims 4 and open your personal Library.
  6. Enable Include Custom Content when this build uses CC.
  7. Enter the cheat bb.moveobjects before placing the lot.
  8. Place the manor on a lot with the correct dimensions.


Important Before Placing

Activate bb.moveobjects before placing the lot. Without this cheat, decorative objects and parts of the landscaping may move or disappear.
