A warm and elegant family home surrounded by lush gardens, outdoor living spaces and beautiful waterside scenery.


WELCOME TO LA CASITA

Welcome to La Casita Family Home!

This spacious family residence combines contemporary architecture with a warm and inviting suburban style. I wanted this build to feel luxurious and detailed while still looking like a real home that a family of Sims could comfortably live in.

The exterior features layered rooflines, white siding, soft brick accents, large windows and plenty of flowers and greenery.

One of my favourite parts of the property is the outdoor living area, with several terraces, a private pool and lots of space to relax while overlooking the surrounding water and neighbourhood.

THE EXTERIOR

La Casita combines traditional family-home architecture with more contemporary additions.

The tall central façade gives the house a strong focal point, while the different roof heights and extensions make the property feel as though it has grown naturally over time.

The landscaping is intentionally lush and colourful, with layered flower beds, climbing plants, shrubs and tall trees surrounding the house.

Rather than leaving the outdoor areas as simple decoration, I wanted them to feel like an extension of the home. The terraces, pool and seating areas give your Sims plenty of places to spend time outside.


THE INTERIOR

The interior has been designed around comfortable family gameplay while maintaining the same warm and elegant feeling as the exterior.

Rooms are decorated individually but share a consistent style throughout the house, creating a home that feels detailed without becoming overly formal.

There is plenty of room for everyday family life, entertaining guests and relaxing together.


REQUIRED PACKS

Please check the download information above for the complete list of packs used in this build.

Missing packs may cause certain objects, wallpapers, flooring or landscaping items to be automatically replaced or removed by the game.


IMPORTANT PLACEMENT INFORMATION

Before placing the lot, open the cheat console and enter:

I strongly recommend enabling Move Objects before placing the lot because several decorative and landscaping elements were positioned using this cheat.


INSTALLATION
  • Download and extract the files.
  • Place the included Tray files in your Sims 4 Tray folder.
  • Start The Sims 4.
  • Open your Gallery Library.
  • Make sure "Include Custom Content" is enabled if this build contains CC.
  • Enable bb.moveobjects before placing the lot.
  • Place La Casita Family Home on the correct lot size.
