Hi everyone, this is my first upload here. I have been working on this house for the last 15 days. This is a house with all amenities but is only for sims with some hard cash! There are 3 rooms on the second floor; all are comfortable. There is a swimming pool at the back and great gardens. Great pool parties are also possible. Important Feature- Island entrance. There are two natural pools on either side of the entrance with flowers. Some objects have been included but furnishing is required. External lighting on the fencing is done - rest is as per your choice. 2 balconies offer great view.
