It's brother, one of my favourites of all the Al Bhed, he's a sweet hypo playful guy with an unfortunate crush on his own cousin Yuna, but i think we can forgive that after seeing him get so excited with his little 'code pink' moment and many more goofy moments in X-2! I'm not sure how popular Brother is with others but i've always had a soft spot for the guy

Anyway all customs are by me, feel free to use them as you please (with credit of course) and happy simming!
