This is Claire Leonelli from Heat Guy J, a little anime that will soon take over the world. Friends call him Vampire which was a name passed down from his father. He was the sole heir to his father's mob family and he "convinced" them to let him take over. Anyways this is my favorite character. He's insane and he loves "fireworks"

4. When you create things please leave some sort of identification on the tool tip. It’s hard to find who made what when you download as much as me. I had to change his skin tone back to the Maxis version because I couldn’t find who made his original skin.

Enjoy him and his insanity, I worked very hard on him. :D
