This is my first upload so please be kind.
This is a house i made for my sims but decided to share as i think its quite nice. Expensive, but nice.
The kitchen/dinning room is furnished and the bathrooms have good quality things in them. All content is maxis made but you do need university to be able to use it in game.
Cost: 100,396 Simoleans

Livingroom,
Dinning Room,
Den/Study,
Games Room,
Kitchen/Dinning Room,
Potentially 4-6 BR's,
Excercise Room,
3 Bathrooms,
2 toilet rooms,
3 Car garage + A couple of small rooms which could be anything.
