Hi everyone ,this is my first upload(so please be kind)
I have for you a large, 4 bedroomed, unfurnished house,that will cost your sims :43,949.
It is decorated with wooden floors and white walls,so you can decorate however you like.
Bedrooms: 4
Bathrooms 2 ,(large)
Furnished: NO
Decorated: Yes
Custom content:
Wooden floors: www.sims2luxe.com
White tiles (floor) www.parsimonious.org
White Walls www.parsimonious.org
Thanks to all the above .
If this gets positive feedback i will do a furnished version.
This would make a great family home.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
