This is a real basic diner I did for Scalawag.
It is EP required, and ALL custom content is by me.
Nothing major, just a counter, wall and some stacked cups, so
really, use them as you will.
I used clean installer, and there are no hacks!

It is modeled after the real Jennie's Diner in Strasburg, PA, which
is a late night haunt of mine and my friends.
Full kitchen and walk-in freezer.
Both counter seating and booth seating available.
