A nicely built two floor family house. Fully furnished and decorated by original maxis items. Hack free. It has two bedrooms (for parents and two kids) 3 bathrooms (one of them can also serve as gym), a wonderful flower house ( I am not sure for the appropriate english word..sorry). Great garden all around it and a little pond. There is no pool for aesthetic reasons but there is room to add one if you wish. It has a very good lay out and does not requires University. I hope you like it.
