Wow, This is my first post ever! I've been going to MTS2 site for a while to download custom contents and I have to give something back in return. So I've created a Contemporary style house.

What's included in this house:
-Two storey living area, kitchen and nook
-1 master bedroom w/bathroom upstairs, and office (can be converted to other types of room)
-2 bedroom (downstars)
-1 bathroom (downstairs)
-2 car garage (w/foundation though)
-Swimming pool
-back porch

The house cost in the mid 50,000 simoleons and unfurnished.
