hello :howdy: this is the first time i upload something on mts2. hope everything works correctly!

here is a house for your simmies

lot size - 3x3,
prize - 61.844 S,
bathrooms - 2,
bedrooms - 2,
unfurnished.

credits: original wall window by Numenor; here i used the recoloured ones which were included in RED ROSE mansion by Erwinsims (can be found here at mts2).
