I made this for a story of mine with a step mother who makes her daughter live in the attic. It was made in Uni and has one wall in the pack but the rest has been thoroughly cleaned with the Clean Installer.
On the ground floor there is a small entrance hall with a bathroom on one side and a door to the living room which leads to the kitchen at the back of the house.
Upstairs there are three small-ish sized bedrooms and another bathroom. Then on the top floor is one bedroom and another bathroom.
It is on decking and provides plenty of space for adding a garden or an extension.
