The mesh is not mine, but from SimplyStyling.de
This is what you have to do:

1) You have to go to this site: http://www.simplystyling.de

2) Click on the link "The sims 2"

3) Then in the menu on the left you click on Fashion

4) In the page that apear you click on "adult/youngadult ( for both )" link and then to the "Woman" button

5) Now click on the FIRST page for the CASUAL

6) Scroll the page till the end and click to download the mesh of the last dress of the page!
The mesh name is: Mesh_Crechebaby_FAPeachSundress.zip
