Need Nightlife, since it has a working garage only came with Nightlife. 2 stories and one basement, on a 4x4 lot. Fully furnished, with only Maxis items, no hacks (the photos showed the ceiling, but the attached download rar doesn't include ceiling, very very clean version). It has a swiming pool, a river and a heart-shape pond.
The basement has an access to the garage, and is a gallery.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a study room, a family room, a dining room and a kitchen/bar.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms, a playroom and a bathroom.

Since so many people asked for the ceiling, I must thank jgwhiteus:wave: for his beautiful ceiling tiles. But I only installed the ceiling for photos, and the download version house doesn't include the ceiling (clean version). If you want the ceiling, you may search and download jgwhiteus's ceiling in this forum.

It's a residental, could someone move it to the right download section? Thanks.
