Here are some recolors of the cheap car in Nightlife in metallic shades. I'll be adding more but I made one set for you so far. It's hard to get a lot done quickly when my 2 1/2 year old daughter wants to play ball every 5 seconds lol

Note: I have a pretty crappy graphics card so I'm lucky to get good photos of these cars before my textures go all fuzzy. For some reason my red recolor in game looks fuzzy when it didn't when I made the color so be aware these could look a lot better in your game lol I got a good screenshot of the red car finally!
