This is my first upload, but since I've taken so much out of here, including the inspiration for this lot, I figure I'd take that inspiration and give it back to the community. My primary inspiration came from Tabala's Faye of the Woods. They are posted in the forums here, but you can find the entire collection here: http://fashion2sims.com/ (look under themes>adult)
This is my vision of the Wood Elf treehouse theme. There have been a few other lots related to this theme, but I took a different approach. Rather than using walls to replicate the tree trunk, I decided to work with the terrain. I went ahead and got a relatively decent looking tree stump to build on. There are three levels on this lot, but due to the way I built them, the game considers them all the same level.
All of my screenshots show the house furnished, but the upload is not. This was to keep down on the size and I wasn't sure where I got a couple of the custom items so I could not verify the creator's upload policy.
Specifications:
Cost: 18,639
Bedrooms: 2
Bathrooms 1
I don't think I used anything that is Nightlife specific, as I built this house originally with UNI installed. I think the hobbit hole might be based off a UNI object, but I'm not sure how all that works.
Included Custom Content:
1. Hobbit Hole Windows and Doors by JWoods: Here
2. A bark wall texture. I don't rememebr where I got it, but the description says its by OM. Anyone know who this is?
Custom Content in the screenshots, but NOT in the upload:
1. Wood Elf Furniture: http://forums.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=43129
2. Castle Kitchen: http://forums.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=72971
3. Spirit Bathroom: http://www.parsimonious.org
4. Curvy Candle: http://www.holysimoly.com/
5. Trunk Dresser: http://sims2ellis.narod.ru
5. Tapestries and Wall Hangings: http://jaue.com/avalon/

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
