Vast numbers of birch trees make the air cooler and purer, provide shade, and hide your sim's yard from prying telescopes. This modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath home among the trees has walls of windows to let in the refreshing views bathed in natural light. On the ground floor you have a convenient double bedroom and bath, large living room with vaulted ceiling, dining room for 6, spacious kitchen, and base game garage with laundry room. Second floor includes landing overlooking the living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths as well as front and rear balconies. Private back yard includes patio, pool and jacuzzi. Glass fencing is actually a quarter wall high window which can be used at any level. I hope your sims will enjoy this modern retreat in the trees.
