This is a 3 BR 1.5 BA split level home that I based off my parent's home. Obviously it isn't identical, but as close as I could get. 
It is partially furnished as you can see from the screenshots. This house took awhile to build. I had to use a couple of different cheats to get it to work properly. I also made a custom brick recolor for the brick part. It is a beige version of the london chimney brick wallpaper.
