Split Level Home with Garage

This is one house I'm a bit more proud of than usual. I think it turned out to look very nice. I had to build it twice because of some freak accident after the first time lol I built it and forgot to package it first. I was pretty sure I added it to the lots and houses bin so that I could place it more than once after that but when I looked for it...it was gone. Thank goodness I had taken pictures of it so I had those to go by. So there may be just a few differences in the house pictured and the actual house like wallpapers and such but the floor plan and all is the same.

The cost for this house is $33,023 (I believe that's the exact amount, my daughter ran off with my paper that had the price written down).

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A 1 car garage. And is fully furnished with the exception of a vehicle. There's a little bit of extra space in the garage for other odds and ends
