This house was built in 1936 and modernized in 2005.
Mr. Rich B.A. Stard lived there alone all his years, and died in a terrible car accident 20 years ago. Everyone in Pleasantview forgot about the house until for some months ago. A young man won a lot of money and spent it all on this house.

Now it has room for a family of 6 and contains everything they need to live a happy, happy life....
