Read This Before You Download ---

This SimHouse has been created using an above ground foundation from within a modified game. This building method was used to create a lower priced first house for your sims.

Unless your game has been suitably modified - any attempt to move or replace either doors or windows will result in the item becoming permanently detached. You could use the undo button if this occurs.

Wall attachments include wall-lights, pictures, smoke & burglar alarms etc.. They can be placed or replaced by using the 'moveobjects on' cheat. Furnishings and whitegoods can be readily moved, replaced or added of course.

Please be aware with this house - that you may not be able to take advantage of cutaway walls. You will however be able to run with walls down, just as you can in any other sim-house.

Created using only standard Maxis items available within the NightLife EP. The mods that I use in my game are to 'build mode scripts' only and will not transfer with the house ... CleanInstaller is a recommended program for anyone who ever downloads from anywhere though.

This lot does not contain any custom content - purely Maxis only.
