This is my first modern style house. It actually started out as something completely different, but I think I like the end result more. It features one bedroom and one bath, with an overhead loft for dining. The kitchen is located in the room between the staircases. There's no furniture, but it's lightly decorated inside and out with Maxis floors and walls. (The grass is custom, however, and can be found here - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthre...22&page=2&pp=10) As an added bonus, there's a pool out back. ^^
The house is hack free (checked with Clean Installer) and costs $20,623.

NO EP NEEDED.
