This is a new house that I have been working on for the last couple days. It is my first attempt at a modern type home. I have always liked modern houses but have never tried making one until now. This 2-story home is on a 4x4 lot and costs $130,809 and is unfurnished. The floor plan consists of:

1st Floor:
One car attached garage
Kitchen
Dining Room
Living Room
2 Bedrooms
Master Bedroom with Master Bath
Bathroom

2nd Floor:
Bar and Game Room

The house also features a ground level pool with glass type fence around the outside that has lights inside to light up pool area. The second floor also goes out to the 1st floor roof area where you can place an outside dining area and has a staircase that leads to the roof top pool and hot tub. I hope everyone enjoys this lot and any comments either good ar bad will be appreciated considering this is my first modern type house.
