As a fan of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s phenomenally celebrated stage musical, The Phantom of the Opera, I’ve wanted to recreate the gothic and snow covered cemetery of Perros-Guirec for some time. Now, with Nightlife’s ability to create community graveyards, and with this being the season of ghosts and goblins, I thought it was only fitting.
The graveyard occupies a 3x4-size lot, is to the best of my knowledge, hack-free, and includes a crypt beneath the Daaé mausoleum. Although the screenshots display tombs, various styles of headstones, and snow-covered hibiscuses and bougainvillea, these striking objects/recolors are not included within the lot. Although I highly recommend them, as they lend dramatic ambience to the surroundings, I decided to leave non-Maxis objects out of the lot for those users who would rather not have external objects imported within their game.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
