The skintone is Louis's #7 tone (light on the model in CAS, tan on the one outside, if I remember right) - you can get it from http://louis.new21.net (SimCribbling)

The hair is from http://louis.new21.net - at least, the mesh is. I *think* that's one of Louis's own colors for it, but I do have a handful of recolors for that mesh. Sorry it took me so long to reply to that. Holidays a bit hectic.
