Yes you can put tats on other part of body not just the back. Just browse my profile & blog and you'll find more tats (Knuckle Tattoos, Upper Back Tattoos, Arm & Hand Tattoos, Tramp Stamps and much more)
I have almost 50 Tattoos in total.

i wish i could use these with the tattoo mod and place anywhere. i dont like clothing recolor tattoos (( so, sad face. these are SO pretty but i cant dl them for that reason

I'm sorry but I'm really busy right now so I don't think I have time to remake these tattoos. But I give you permission to remake them or to ask someone to remake them for you and share it on your or their blog/site. Please don't put that on pay sites or claim them as your own.
