Thank you! I've been doing my sims out of their money for years without even realizing it.

Thanks! This problem has bugged me for years! Have long been waiting for someone a bit smarter than me to fix it:-). Just one question, the lot is reset to the value it would have been when the family moved out, but is there a way to reset it to the full value? I've playtested several lots in the past, made adjustments and saved them when I'm happy, only to find their value has depreciated massively and there seems to be no way to restore the lot to it's full value. Is there any sort of fix for this?

That's probably my next mod: appreciate a lot to its full value.

That mod could work in conjunction with this one. Use the Fixer to make sure that all objects are included in the lot value, then use the appreciate mod to set all objects to their full price.

Alternatively, I could do both in one mod, sort of an anti-magic-wand.

Stay tuned.

Excellent - thanks for sharing.

An appreciate mod could get quite complex because ideally it would reset the Crapness, DaysTillBreak, Dirty Level and repair condition to a fitting state of "newness". Sounds quite tedious!

Thank you for fixing this! It really doesn't feel right to get all that stuff for free.

Thanks Moo - I don't use the Stay Things Shrub too often but this will be handy when I do.

I never used the mod before, but the original Stay Things Shrub sounds good to me. I mean, you get FREE furniture. How cool is that? :D

Not that I would ever download the mod or anything, but still the original mod sounds pretty cool to give you FREE furniture.

Thank you.

I use the shrub fairly often and this has always seemed wrong to me! Great fix, much needed.

I took me a while to figure out how to use it--I kept trying to click on it. But once I figured out just to put it on the lot, save, reenter and then delete, I love it. Thanks a lot.

How did I not notice this before? I use the Simlogical shrub all the time, and this will make it work even better. Thank you!
