Very nicely designed small house. Can never have enough starters. Study could even double as another bedroom in a pinch.

Agreed! The office could definitely work as a second bedroom. I didn't even think of that! I figured there would be a lot of room for creativity and lots of ways to make it your own. The house was originally going to be a 2 bed, 1 bath but I found I liked this better. A small, yet luxurious home for a single Sim or Sim couple! Anyway, I really appreciate your comment and your support.

Adorable! Just wish there was more of a yard, when I do use it as a double bedroom!

A bigger yard would would be neat! Unfortunately I started on too small of a lot. Thank you for your comment!

Have you tried the Lot Adjuster, Abby? Always make sure you back up your lot before you adjust it
