And the tip about the changing table is astonishing me. I never thought of using that item in community lot bathrooms, but it makes so much sense!

Is the 3rd party CC essential for the lot?
I like this lot but am trying to keep my game decor CC free.

You're welcome and thank you for downloading! Tbh, I was stressing out with this build, it was supposed to be a 60x60 lot but got overwhelmed so changed it to a smaller one instead. Anyways, enjoy building your town

Graceymanor The CC isn't required for the lot to work so no worries there! These two objects will automatically be replaced by similar ones in your game, most likely a counter and coffee machine. If you have the University Life expansion pack, you can choose the vending machines instead.

aww, thank you! To be honest, I'm really not sure if the Changing And Bathing Station will work in community lots. ATS3 created a similar one placed in a hospital lot so I thought it will be okay for others to use that instead of my 'pretend' one.
