WOW! Spectacular job on the redesign; it looks soooo relaxing

Amazing job you did on this thing! I have tried to make it over once, but gave up after about 5 minutes

I don't have the necessary EPs so I'm not likely to be downloading this, and, to be honest, the CC-free makeover you described today in the Houses & Landscaping Pictures thread, is more to my taste and most of my Sims', but, since I can't see it anywhere in the description, may I just ask the first question any of my Sims would ask, if they were considering purchasing this property? "How much does it cost?"

I intend to upload that lot as well, though you'll still lack the necessary EPs as I play with the UC :/ As for the price, it comes in at 177144 simoleons - the new (or at least new for the standards of someone who hasn't uploaded in years) upload wizard gets the price automatically, but the caveat is that it gets buried somewhere in the Information tab. I struggled to find it myself!
