I did a pink kitchen set because I wanted one for myself and thought that I would share it with you. I know everybody has done a pink kitchen, but they never seem to do the expensive refrigerator in pink (or if they do, it is a metallic looking pink which I did not want). There may even be one out there on the web somewhere, however, I do not have the time to keep searching and searching when I could make it faster than my searching would or could produce results.
The set contains the expensive refrigerator, dishwasher and trash compactor and all of the small appliances, except the coffee maker since I consider that useless (it takes more time and effort drinking it and using the bathroom than the little spurt of energy that it gives. In reality, if I drink coffee it keeps me awake, alert and energetic for 4 to 6 hours, so the Sim coffee is not realistic at all).
I tried to match the salmon pink of the cheap refrigerator and dishwasher as well as I could (hard to do when you are dealing with both metallic and plastic surfaces). So, this set allows your Sim, with their starter pink kitchen, to be able to upgrade their appliances as they get wealthier and not lose their pretty pink kitchen.
Enjoy!
My recolor files are always "File-Share-Friendly" and must remain FREE for download (that means if they are included in a house that is posted on a paysite, then the house itself has to be a free download).
Note: Some of you may recognize the kitchen from one of my houses, The Surrey. I used it to show the appliances because a) it was the only house in my build and create neighborhood and b) the green contrasts nicely to make the applicances stand out. There is a Night Life version of the house available, as well as the house that works with all versions.
