This is Kiyomi Nagashima (as played by Riona Hazuki) from the Japanese movie "Parasite Eve". Credits are as follows:

I didn't have a white dress like the real Kiyomi's, so I made due with what I had. I still think she looks really good. In my opinion, though, my in-game screenshots don't do her justice (I'm terrible at screenshots. lol.). Also, I apologize for the low quality screencaps of Riona Hazuki. I took those photos using my digital camera. lol. Anyways, I hope you all like her!
