This is my attempt to recreate a La Perla corset top for sims.

No new meshes are required, as all items are Maxis recolours.

There's a bit of an inconsistency between the strap width in the front and back that is noticed when the sim is viewed from above. I can't for the life of me manage to overcome the limited view available in Bodyshop for these situations, so it is as shown.
