No new meshes are required, as the shirt is a maxis recolour.
The shirt has the Gola logo written three times across the front, hence the name 'Gola Multi'. I have edited the alpha and original maxis shirt to be slightly longer, as I do not quite understand why every tshirt for sim females is cut up so high.
The top appears rather enhanced in the sceenshots as a result of the following default replacement: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=54558
