The dress is for adult females. (It can currently be found only in the everyday category, as I've just realized that I neglected to tick it off in formal as well. I'll remedy this and replace the zip asap.) The front of the dress has a lace panel which is semisheer, as seen in the screenshots with several different skintones as examples.
