Okay I wanted to make a little more real and bloody looking dunmmy for this surgery and it does not look blue on the inside but red as well, although they still pull strange things out of the body lol.

I would have like to put a sheet over it to make it appear even more real but I have not advanced that far yet. Hope you like it.
