This house is the Playamar house, as requested by Jeffsbabygrl1985. The floorplan from which I built it and a screenshot floorplan of each level is included. Completely hack- and mod-free!The first level has a two-car garage, a living area, a kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, and a pantry. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, a laundry room, a bathroom, and a master bed and bath. The house is furnished for the request, which is pretty full.


UPDATE! An elevator can be used with this house, just build a 2x2 room directly underneath the one on top (i forgot that room, since when i built the house, it was unimportant). Then get Shaklin's Elevator and I will give a short tutorial, translating and adding images from the German one provided by Shaklin and Sims2-FeeEssen.de:

1) Make a 2x2 shaft.

2) Put the controller you downloaded (Build Mode/Stairs) exactly like so:

3) Floor tile the 2nd story and add sliding glass doors to the front of the elevator shaft on each story.

4) If you wish to add other stories, put the controller in the middle like so, alternating side-middle-side, etc. on each story.

UPDATE#2!
Targa's Ascension has an invisible recolor and will place on top of other Ascensions, so it is a little more elevator-like. Just take out the old controller and put the Ascension anywhere you want it. The elevator shaft remains as it is. Also, use Moon_Ez's Elevator set for realistic looks. It includes some doors, some wallpapers, and some floors. Have fun!
