This fully furnished house, complete with carport and car, was built on a 2x2 lot, and costs $109,195. It was built with both University and Nightlife. House has one bedroom, a kitchen/living area, a study, one full bath, and one half bath.

This lot has 2 pieces of custom content, both by Sandy of <a href="http://www.aroundthesims2.com/">Around the Sims 2</a>:
*the end tables in the living room
*the sink in the half bath

This lot has been cleaned with Sims2PackCleanInstaller. I didn't have any issues with my test install, but let me know if you have any.
