Unfurnished with the exception of a maxis bathtub. I prefer them this way when I download so I am uploading this way.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom on the main floor features a walk-in closet.

There are technically 3 stories but the topmost one is used for architectural visuals only. You could add a attic here if you were so inclined.

The second floor has a half wall balcony overlooking the entry/great-room.

Cost is less than 50k
