This is my first post! Woohoo!!!

This is a little place for well-off sims to go, making full use of the 2x4 space it occupies. It is unfurnished, but just waiting for you to add some stuff. It features all the necessary rooms for a house and also has a basement! However, there is not much of a garden space, being a smaller sized lot.

No custom content was used (all Maxis). Requires original game only.
