This is the smallest lot I’ve ever built. Man was it tough trying to build in a small lot and yet making sure it’ll be playable for myself. Good news is as the family expands, I can always build up.

“Starter House Blues” is a single story home with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dinning, lounge, underground parking, basement and pool. Build on a 2x2 lot, it comes unfurnished and cost $19,995.00. NOTE: The car will do a dip into the garage. Uni. & NL required.
