Hi everyone. :-)
This nice two story home is located on a 3x2 lot. It has two fairly large bedrooms upstairs and one full bath upstairs, as well. The downstairs consists of a front hall, kitchen, and family/living room. It's very open and generously sized. Backyard has room for spa, small pool, or patio and comes with tiny pond. Left space on lefthand side of house for driveway (garage may be complicated due to stair type). There's room for general house expansion on the right side - left side as well if you don't add driveway (again, left side may be complicated due to the stairs). Great for a couple or small family.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
