Civil War Belle

This gown is based off of one really from the Civil War era. All custom parts made by me, "eyeoftheevenstar." This sim comes with custom hair, gown, blush, eyeshadow, lipstick, skintone and eye color. Note the stylish more that is part of the eye makeup. The skin tone has genetically-incorporated braces for female teens. The mesh for the gown was made by SimChic, but I got it here:
