This is my first time post starter home under 20K. This house cost ยง 19,898, build in 2x2 lot, full furnish to develop all skills and fulfill the sims need.
It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a driveway, perfect as starter house for sims family with one kid or three sims bachelor
Requires Univeristy and Nightlife, no custom contents and hacks free, checked with Sims2Pack Clean Installer.
