2BR 1BA House with Driveway

My second upload is a 2 (well, 1 and a half) bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a driveway, as the title says. This lot is almost completely unfurnished, except for the things I think all lots should have... a bathroom set, the kitchen set, and lights. The lot was created using Numenor's BaseGameStarter Pro v1.5b, Nightlife Only.

The bottom level is a pleasant garden. It has hedges lining the walk to the stairs, rose bushes surrounding the driveway, and trees along the outside of the lot. I didn't include a picture of this.

The first level of the house is the shorter level. In it is the kitchen, which has a sink, fridge, oven, and dishwasher, not to mention a lot of counter space. I would place a 2x2 table under the chandelier, which I boolprop-ed to place in the middle of 4 tiles.

There is also a space for a living room behind the kitchen. The picture is included, but isn't inline to comply with picture requirements.

On the top level, above the driveway, is the master bedroom. It has three large windows, allowing for a lot of natural light. There is nothing in it, except (I believe) a couple wall sconces.


The second bedroom, the one I call the half bedroom, is suitable for youth sims, or an adult without a partner. Or, if you please, it can be converted into a small office.


The bathroom comes fully stocked, with a shower, toilet, sink, and black marble countertops. It features 2 windows, a wall sconce, and a matching hanging light.
