This is my third upload and it's a very nice cliff side house that was made in the same spot as my previous upload Cape Averil 17. this house has a living room that is in the back corner of the house with half wall windows on the outside wall for room for couches. it also has a basement. the master bedroom is in the basement and has a elevated spot for a tv and flowers.
this houses file size is very small because it is unfurnished and has no custom content.
