The rings come in 2 parts. The wire which you place on the first floor and the rings/straps on the ground floor below the wire. Use the transparent tile from 2 f0r u on page 10 (objects page) so you can place the rings anywhere in the room.
Both are for decoration...Sorry.
Mats are being worked on as well as other gym stuff.
If you want me to make a different color for these let me know.
