Hi all
BirmanKat (mal1958) here. I got into the mood to do some houses. My wife loves doing Community Lots and dislikes Residential. I am the other way around. I call this Futureo Drive #1. I needed some Modern looking homes for my sims so I started to make them. This is the first off the press.
It is on a 2 x 3 lot and features:
main floor: two bathrooms flanking the Kitchen
an open room style that encompasses
the Family room, Dining Room and
Kitchen.
2nd Floor: a wide hall that runs the length of the house
2 bedrooms (spacious) each with their own Bath-
Room.
3rd Floor: As above, but with different Walls and Floors
The Custom Content that is included are the walls and Floors By
KalicoKat and myself
Custom content that is used but not Included is:
Simfonia Stone Fence from http://www.11dots.com
Modern Windows By Tiggy from http://www.simbella.com/ Simbella's Hangout
Artemide Chimera from http://forums.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=120427
Seamless Wall Windows, Doors and Double Doors by Numenor from http://forums.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=70222
Targa's Accention V. 2 from http://forums.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=97367
CrammyBoy's Hopancough Designer Sofa from http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=48044
That shoud be all, but if anybody finds anything else that is missing Please PM me and I will add it.
I think that I used items from all EPs in this one.
Cost = Approx. 163,000
I am working on Futureo # 2 (another residence) and Futureo # 3 (Dorm) is in the planning phase.
Look for others from me, and Check KalicoKat's and my site for other items, walls, and lots.
Till later, I remain

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

About Me
My policy is simple, since the programs that I use (ie SimPe, Homecrafter plus, CEP, are free so are my items that I make. If you see something that I made and wish to add a recolor to it, then please only take credit for your recolor, and upload it only to a FREE site. I do not want a parasite getting money for something that I made and made FREE for all.
2. If you use anything that I make in a lot that you want to upload then do so only to a FREE site.
