1894 3 Story Apartment Building

After all this time, I finally decided I made something worthy of sharing - so here it is. This is an (almost) exact replica of the apartment building I live in. It was built in 1894, and contains 3 apartments - one on each floor. The 2nd and 3rd floors have the same layout, the first floor does not have an office because of the entryway.

Only the second floor is furnished, which is the one I live on. Yes, I really don't have a dining table - I eat at my computer or at the coffee table :P. I matched everything as closely as possible using only Maxis stuff.

IMPORTANT: There are two custom content items in this lot, which are not included. Those would be boblishman's radiators (single and double). They are available here. Don't worry, if you do not want to download the radiators, you can still use the lot. All the radiators will just be replaced by burglar alarms.

This is a 2x3 lot, and is worth $115,583 if you download the radiators, and a little more if you don't. I have tested it with all 3 levels occupied, and despite the way it looks, it is fully functional....except the pantry, which is not functional in real life either!

This requires all three expansion packs.
